Students can use the form below to submit the points they collected throughout the semester here. Submissions are to be uploaded once, by the end of finals week. Be sure to include details pertaining to your capstone experience.
How to make a submission
- Enter your name, email, and Panther ID
- If uploading your Points Log: Attach a scan or photo of your completed points log to the General Document Upload box and click submit
- If submitting a capstone experience: Select the appropriate option from the “Type of Activity” field to let us know what you are reporting, and fill in any fields that appear. The General Upload Document box can be used if you have supporting documentation such as an offer letter, but this is optional
