Bio
Roi Ji is a Ph.D. student in the Teaching and Learning program in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education. She holds her Master of Science in International and Intercultural Education from FIU. Originally from Myanmar, she has extensive experience in the international development and education field. Her research and professional interests focus on international education, with particular attention to the education in emergencies, global learning, intersections of culture and social inclusion. As a Graduate Assistant with the Office of Global Learning Initiatives, Roi Ji contributes to advancing global learning initiatives that promote inclusivity, cross-cultural understanding, and respect for different perspectives.
