Anastasios Moysidis

Bio

Anastasios (Tasos) Moysidis is a Teaching Professor in the Department of FInance at Florida International University. He started teaching at FIU in the fall of 1991 as an adjunct professor and joined as a full-time faculty in the fall of 2010. Prior to his joining FIU as a full-time professor, he gained more than twenty-five years of broad financial experience at several well-branded global companies in the travel and banking industries. He has an extensive background in financial management and analysis, credit administration, external financing, financial planning and budgets, cash management, international financial management, reporting and documentation and risk management. Professor Moysidis has developed several executive and professional education programs and is very active in the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and teaches exam-review courses for the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP/CCM) designation. He holds a Master's degree in Finance, two certificates in Banking, the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation of the Association for Financial Professionals (AF)), and he has successfully completed PhD coursework in economics and finance.
