María Antonieta García Lam holds a Doctorate in Modern Languages in French and Spanish from Middlebury College. She is a Teaching Professor of French in the Department of Modern Languages and a COIL distinguished faculty member. The energetic advisor of Le Cercle Français and Pi Delta Phi, she engages her students in cultural, community and philanthropic interests. Her pedagogy includes student-curated digital exhibits at our Frost Art Museum and a monthly discussion of Francophone literary works in her French Book Club at Books & Books.
