Dr. José Manuel Morcillo-Gómez is an Associate Teaching Professor of Spanish and Director of the Spanish Program at Florida International University (FIU). A specialist in TBLT methodology and the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language, he has conducted research and published on task-based language teaching and its implementation in both face-to-face and online settings. He has delivered workshops and lectures internationally in the United States, Asia, and Europe, and has extensive experience in teacher training.
