Bio

Professor Fang Shu is an Assistant Teaching Professor at FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, where he teaches accounting courses and is a Faculty Fellow at the Honors College, teaching a range of interdisciplinary courses (e.g., philanthropy). He established and manages two Study Abroad programs, Hospitality in Japan and Honors China. In addition to taking on the role as the former China Programs Manager, Fang served as the Vice Chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerece (GMCC) Asia Committee. Fang is graduating with his Ph.D. in Hospitality Management in the spring of 2023 with research interests including economic impact, ESG, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility.
