Bio
Dr. Judith Bernier is an Associate Teaching Professor and Director of the Center for Labor Research Studies in the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. She is a Certified Florida Supreme Mediator and teaches several global learning classes in alternative dispute resolution, education, diversity, and labor studies. She also serves as an Ethics Commissioner for the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust. Her research interests and publications explore career development and mobility, equity, and workplace diversity.
