LACC OGLI Research
The Office of Global Learning Initiatives and the Kimberly Green Latin American & Caribbean Center (LACC) are offering stipends to faculty of up to $800 to mentor Global Learning Medallion students conducting research on or relevant to Latin America and/or the Caribbean.
Requirements
- Be relevant to Latin America and/or the Caribbean
- Involve a faculty mentor from any FIU academic department, and an undergraduate student mentee who is enrolled in the Global Learning Medallion program. (Students can sign up at the Medallion link prior to a fellowship application being submitted).
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis during the academic year and availability is limited.
This program is made possible with funding from LACC’s U.S. Department of Education Title VI Grant.
