Communications Assistant


Bio

Taylor is the Communications Assistant for the Office of Global Learning Initiatives.  In this role, she manages @GoGlobalFIU social media platforms and promotes activities and internship opportunities for global learning students. She also designed and launched The Globe newsletter, now distributed bi-monthly to Global Learning Medallion students.  Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University in 2016.  During her time as an undergraduate at FIU, she was a Research Assistant for the Child Anxiety and Phobia Program and held executive board positions in several campus organizations, including the Student Programming Council and Alpha Chi Omega, a national women’s organization that enriches the lives of members through lifetime opportunities for friendship, leadership, learning, and service.  She plans to continue her education in the coming year and pursue graduate studies at FIU.  In addition to her role in the OGLI, she is the currently pursuing a Master's in Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) at FIU.
